This was one of the best upgrades I have ever installed into my car. T-56 6-speed transmission.  The clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel are all Centerforce.  The transmission was brand new and has several internal parts from a Viper to increase the strength. It was also replaced with the gears I wanted for optimal street performance. To adapt to my 69 Camaro I had to purchase a hydrolic conversion set up and crossmember from Tyler at American Touring Specialties. You can see thier site here.  http://www.t56kit.com. His kit was a direct bolt in and required only a little fabrication to fit. I also equiped the transmission with a polyurethane mount.

 

Here are the gear ratios.

First: 2.66  

Second: 1.78

Third: 1.30

Fourth: 1.00

Fifth: .74

Sixth: .50

 

Mini starter fit perfect and works great.

                                                          

The transmission was just way too close to the trans tunnel.  I cut it out and formed it around the transmission for ease of future removal.
